FREE Livelihood Seminars

For those based in the Philippines, there are free seminars by DTI's CLEEP (Comprehensive Livelihood and Emergency Employment Program) Project. CLEEP aims to inspire and encourage displaced workers and unemployed persons to engage in their own businesses and learn different skills and crafts amid the global financial crisis.
